Philosophy
North Bend Montessori, Inc.'s goal is to prepare an environment that encourages the child to grow socially, emotionally and academically. We offer not only different styles of learning but different levels of learning which allows the child to reach his highest potential.

Objective
North Bend Montessori, Inc.'s goal is to meet each child's individual needs. The classroom is set up with the child in mind. The environment is set up as a nourishing place for the children which meets their individual needs. Activities are designed so the children can become absorbed in them. The furniture, shelves, sinks, tables and equipment are made proportionate to the size of the children which enables them to move about intelligently. They are able to remove and replace works and supplies themselves. This gives the child a sense of accomplishment which helps them develop their social, emotional and academic skills that will follow them throughout their lives. Teacher Qualifications
All teachers have their Montessori Teacher's Certificate and/or Washington State Certificate.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday
Open from 7:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. with before and after care
Elementary School Day: 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.
Pre-K School Day: Varied schedules between 9:00a.m.- 3:00p.m.

Summer Programs
Summer Programs are offered for enrolled students. There are four 2-week sessions throughout the summer as well as full-time for those families that require full-time care.
